Tujuan penerimaan dan pembinaan CPNS orientasi lapang di Kelurahan Kelun adalah 1).tersampaikan materi kegiatan dalam gedung dan kegiatan di luar gedung kantor Kelurahan Kelun,2). memberikan wawasan kedisiplinan ASN,  3). memfasilitasi kesempatan awal pekerjaan di institusi kelurahan dan 4).memberikan arahan adminitrasi pelaporan hasil atas pekerjaan yang telah dilaksanakan. CPNS bersangkutan adalah INTAN (Sarjana Hukum penempatan sebagai Administrasi Satpol PP), DYAH (Diploma Rekam Medis penempatan sebagai adminitrasi Puskesmas Banjarejo), TIYAN (Diploma Kearsipan penempatan sebagai Administrasi Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan) dan DANI (Sarjana Komunikasi dan Informatika penempatan sebagai Administrasi ADBANG).
